About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged and structured site manager who wants to help drive our construction projects forward. You will have a central role on the construction site with responsibility for daily production and coordination of personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work on the construction site
• Plan and follow up on production, schedules, and resources
• Coordinate skilled workers and subcontractors
• Ensure that work is carried out according to drawings, agreements, and applicable regulations
• Be responsible for workplace environment and safety
• Participate in construction meetings and report to project management

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager in the construction industry or a similar role
• Technical education in construction or equivalent work experience
• Good understanding of the construction process and workplace safety issues
• Driving license B is a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Clear leader with good collaboration skills
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
